Aftab Amin Poonawala, 28, who is charged with killing his girlfriend Shraddha Walkar, made some startling confessions during the polygraph test at the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) office in Rohini (Delhi). As per sources, that night Poonawala had some incredibly depraved thoughts that led to his horrible method of killing her.
He added that he would not be regretful even if he were hanged for killing Shraddha since he would be hailed as a hero when he reached paradise and would be given “Hoors” in “Jannat.”

While in a relationship with Shraddha, Poonawala had over 20 girl friends
Aftab also admitted to having encounters with over 20 Hindu women while he was dating Shraddha. According to reports, Aftab’s police testimony exposed his extreme beliefs during the polygraph test.
After being questioned, according to the police, Aftab disclosed these details. He claimed to have used the Bumble app to target Hindu women and lure them into falling into a trap. For those who are unaware, Bumble is the same site where Aftab met Shraddha and persuaded her to go to Delhi from Mumbai.
In addition to killing Shraddha, Aftab had also invited a psychotherapist to his residence. She was also a Hindu. In an effort to entice her into a relationship, he acknowledged giving her a ring that belonged to Shraddha. Other Hindu girls were among those with whom he interacted.
He claimed that killing Shraddha and mutilating her body did not make him feel horrible. He used to have no trouble falling asleep after the interrogation. As per reports, he admitted to the police that his intention was to murder Shraddha in Mumbai.
While being taken to a polygraph test by the Delhi Police, Aftab provided the most recent updates about the case.
The police officer claims that Aftab admitted some startling information during the polygraph test. Following the narcotics test, the police attempt to validate these results. Aftab’s testimony during the polygraph was extremely valuable to the inquiry. After the test, five knives were found in his house. More evidence is likely to be gathered quickly as well.
Aftab’s polygraph test
A recent polygraph test of Poonawala was conducted at the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL), Rohini, in New Delhi. The test’s outcomes have not yet been made available to the general public.
The cops were instructed by a Delhi court to finish the narco-analysis test within five days and were warned not to use any third-degree tactics. The narcotics test will come after the polygraph test. It is noteworthy that Aftab consented to a drug test. Notably, during the interrogation, Aftab gave inconsistent testimonies to the police, prompting Delhi Police to conduct the narco test. In order to conduct the narcotics test, the Delhi Police went before the court and requested authorization.
The beginning of a love affair that was hopeless
Shraddha and Aftab first connected on the dating app Bumble in 2019 and later moved in together at a rented home in Delhi’s Chhatarpur area. Her parents stopped talking to her after she made the decision to travel to Delhi with him since they were opposed to the inter-religion relationship.
In South Delhi’s Mehrauli area, Poonawala is accused of killing his live-in partner, Shraddha Walkar, by strangling her and sawing her body into 35 pieces, which he allegedly dumped over the course of several days in the darkness of night all throughout the city. Also, he stored the body parts in a 300-liter fridge for close to three weeks.
