The body needs time to repair your cells and the healing of heart and blood vessels. Sleep deficiency makes us age faster and deprives us from an internal and external health.

Removing make up will clean your skin and remove the dirt from the face. Follow regular CTM i.e. Cleaning, Toning and Moisturizing for that radiant glow and supple skin.
5. Keep your skin moisturized:
Using anti wrinkle cream and thinking it’s enough, not necessary. It is very important to keep your skin moisturized.
6. Use towel gently on your face:
After washing your face, take a towel and just pat it on your face. Don’t rub it. Use only organic cotton towel. Rubbing can irritate your skin and the skin also loses elasticity over time. Wash and change your towel on regular basis.
7. Take care of your pillow:
Try a silk or a satin pillow cover. A pillow can damage your skin and hair overnight. Wash your pillow once a week and change it on a regular interval. Tie up your hair loosely when you sleep, this will avoid the hair falling on the face and therefore will avoid dust particles coming over to your face which can lead to acne.
