I believe the participants in the Bigg Boss house were not taught to take off their shoes before placing their feet on anything other than the floor, such as the couch, bed, or table.
The set of Bigg Boss 16 is seen as a piece of accessories by the actors. This results in inappropriate behavior and is not at all appealing. They clearly do not own this property and are only participants, thus they are using the house as a prop.
None of us do this within our own homes, let alone outside in a restaurant, shopping, or other place. Many of us were taught the etiquette of not putting our shoes on the furniture from a young age.
Why do the Bigg Boss contestants behave in this manner?
The same question has often crossed my mind. It is awful. I do not know anyone who puts their feet up on their couch or bed or table with shoes on, but this appears regularly in the Bigg Boss house. Who knows how much bacteria those shoes contain and what they have stepped in? Seriously, how long would it take to simply kick off the shoes?
I am surprised that none of the other participants ever objected to it or tried to fix it. Fans may see this for themselves in every episode of the show.
Watching them also truly irks me. Even though they are not allowed to go outside, the bottoms of their shoes still pick up whatever they step on, causing dust to continually fall. Do they use a different pair of shoes when going to the bathroom? Can’t comment on that. Many times, visitors from the outside world bring germs with them into the home. And it is basic good manners to keep your footwear on the floor.
In my opinion, Bigg Boss should address this issue, as many people watch the show and want to see their favorite contestants act responsibly.
