A man finds it easier to bond with the other men. Even in the cut throat aggressive society, a male can gel well be it competitive environment, supremacy, quest of status, pride of work. Although women are excelling in every field and creating bench mark but still the corporate world remains male influenced. A study suggests, man enjoys a lot of benefits while socializing with their male bosses. Although the career growth of a female doesn’t change regardless the gender of the boss but a male employee gets promotion faster than a female if placed under a male employer.

A male can hang out and socialize till late night comfortably. Men who smoke with their boss have high chances of getting a promotion. The connection which develops is healthy and mutually beneficial relationships. Hanging out with guys, mainly involves business talks and manly talks. The conversation is more logical where as with females it is more likely to be emotional. Men bonding are more transactional and business related.
