Sushmita Sen, a Bollywood actress, recently made alarming revelations regarding her recent heart attack, including the fact that her main artery was 95% blocked.

She assured everyone that she was feeling OK at the time during an Instagram live session with her followers. She acknowledged that her doctors had “saved her life” and expressed her gratitude for their help in preventing a “very big” heart attack.

Sushmita Sen encouraged her fans to keep exercising, stating that her active lifestyle was the reason she is still alive.



The actress cautioned her followers and fans, saying that it is essential to routinely monitor one’s health because many young people are suffering from heart attacks. Also, she said that women need to understand that heart attacks are a concern for both sexes. However, she did stress that there was nothing to worry about, but caution should still be used.

The actress hoped to soon be able to return to the sets and expressed her desire to heal completely. She also stated that she would be leaving for Jaipur as soon as she received the all-clear from the doctors to begin her upcoming projects.
